Is there Cell Phone coverage at Willow Bay?
Cell service in the area is minimal at best. Do not expect to have cell service while at the festival and plan accordingly with your friends.
Is there alcohol for sale on site?
No, this event is BYOB and festival goers are encouraged to bring their favorite tasty beverages in cans or plastic containers. Please do not bring any glass containers, as the terrain is rocky and we want to keep the paths and the shorelines free from broken glass.
Will food be available for sale on site?
No, there will be no food vendors. Some meals will be cooked for staff and band members, which may be shared with festival goers, but please plan to bring your own food for the weekend. Some of the sites have grills, and all sites have a fire ring. Portable gas grills, jet boils, etc. are strongly recommended.
Will there be water available on site?
Willow Bay Campground has water spigots throughout the venue that provide potable water. There will also be a large water cooler by the stage area. That being said, we still encourage guests to bring their own water.
How will campsites be assigned?
Once all open campsites have been claimed by groups, unassigned campers will be directed to camp areas that are short of the max 8 people, first come first serve. If you are at a camp site that is short of 8 people, please try to be accommodating to those looking for space by leaving flat spots for tents and sharing the fire rings.
DO NOT BRING ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES!
CampJAM is a family friendly event. We strongly discourage anyone bringing or using any illegal substances. Anyone showing signs of over-indulging or discovered to be consuming illegal drugs on premises will have their pass revoked and be escorted out of the campground. Please do not make us enforce this rule.
Swimming, rafting, and boating is at your own risk!
There are no life guards or any type of rangers that regularly patrol the water. All use of the reservoir is at your own risk. Please be sure to use a buddy system and look out for your friends, neighbors, and others while utilizing the water.
All fires must be contained in a fire ring or grill!
Fires must be contained in one of the provided fire rings or a grill. Some firewood will be available on site, but is strongly recommended that you bring your own if you plan to have a fire all weekend.
Amplified music and drum circles should stop after midnight.
While we are here to have a good time, the campground is shared by non-festival goers, so we want to respect their use of the park. The stage will shut down by midnight, and we strongly suggest that campers keep their music at their campsites low enough as to not upset others within ear shot. Please use discretion and if someone complains, please be kind and turn it down.
